Spherical
This desk was designed and built as a personal project. The aim was to produce a modular desk with an executive presence. The design was achieved by subtracting a perfectly spherical void from a slotted structure in place of where the user would be seated. This gives the feeling that the desk is formed around you. The overall look was considered to be reflective of Torii, the Japanese symbolic gateways complimented by the woods dark stain.
